WHO WE ARE
Lhit Zone LLC operates a Lagree fitness studio at 3110 W Leigh Street, Suite 4, Richmond, VA 23230, and the website at lhitzone.com. Questions about this policy go to info@lhitzone.com or (804) 914-4065.
WHAT WE COLLECT
You give us: name, email, phone, billing address, and emergency contact when you create an account or buy a class pack. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store the full card number.
You tell us at the door: injuries, pregnancy, surgeries, or conditions you disclose so a coach can modify your workout. We treat this as sensitive information, share it only with the coaches teaching you, and delete it when you ask.
We generate: class bookings, attendance, waitlist position, purchase history, membership status, and notes a coach adds about your form or modifications.
Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies on lhitzone.com.
HOW WE USE IT
To book you into classes and manage waitlists; to process payments, memberships, and refunds; to send booking confirmations, schedule changes, and cancellation notices; to keep you safe in class by giving coaches the health information you've shared; to answer your questions; to send marketing email and SMS only if you opt in, and to stop the moment you opt out; and to meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who need it to run the studio, under contracts that limit them to that purpose:
Mariana Tek — booking, scheduling, memberships, and payments. Your account, bookings, and purchase history live in their system.
Squarespace — our website host, including contact-form submissions and site analytics.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in our Terms of Service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS section of our Terms of Service for full program details.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can review and update your account details in the Lhit Zone booking app at any time, unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message, reply STOP to marketing texts, and control cookies through your browser. Virginia residents have the right under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal data, and to appeal a refused request. Email info@lhitzone.com and we'll respond within 45 days.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Account and purchase records are kept for [7] years for tax and insurance purposes. Health disclosures are kept while your account is active and deleted [12 months] after your last visit, or sooner on request. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe.
SECURITY, CHILDREN, AND CHANGES
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and our vendors maintain their own, but no system is perfectly secure. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information; clients aged [16–17] may train with a parent or guardian's written consent. If we materially change this policy we'll post the new version with an updated effective date and, where required, notify you by email.
